Revised Camp Fees and Refund Policy
In light of the current Covid 19 pandemic, we have made the following changes to our refund policy
Previously, families could cancel at any time prior to April 30th with a $50 cancellation fee. This has been moved to May 30th, 2020. If, in the unlikely event, we are not able to open for the session(s) you are registered for, a full refund will be provided, including the $50 cancellation fee.
The deadline to pay your balance owing on camp fees was originally April 30th. We will not process any balances until we are certain that camp will be open. If you would like to arrange other payment options, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help.
If you have any questions or require clarification please contact us anytime.
You may request to switch your session anytime and we will do our best to accommodate, however such requests are always subject to availability. If your request results in a shorter stay at camp, our refund policy applies.
All requests to switch sessions must be received in writing (email). Requests not received in writing will not be considered.
