Our 2020 registration opened November 1st, 2019. REGULAR camp fees now apply.
A deposit of $250 per camper must be made in order to submit your application for registration. This can be made online with your Visa or MasterCard. You can choose to pay in full right away, or wait until April 30th. Registrations received after May 1st are subject to payment in full.

Although we benefit from a very high approval rate from the families who choose our Camp, we make no guarantees that every child will appreciate our efforts. Therefore, in the unlikely event that a child is unhappy with our Camp Program, a refund will not be provided.
From November 1st, 2019 to March 1st, 2020 you may cancel your session(s) without penalty. Cancellation requests received between March 2nd and April 30, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee per camper. After May 1st we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing (email). Requests not received in writing will not be considered.
You may request to switch your session anytime and we will do our best to accommodate, however such requests are always subject to availability. If your request results in a shorter stay at camp, our refund policy applies.
